Important notice to Canadian webmasters and corporations using VombaCash
VombaNetwork is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada which means it has to pay the legal business taxes to Canadian webmasters / corporations. If you are a Canadian webmaster/corporation AND are registered for the GST (Goods and Services Tax) or the HST (Harmonized Sales Tax), VombaNetwork has to pay you the applicable tax.
If you are located in the province of Quebec, VombaNetwork must also pay you the QST (Quebec Sales Tax) since we are located in Montreal, Quebec.

Generally, you have to be registered to these taxes if your sales of taxable goods and services exceed $30,000 per year. If you have more questions on the subject, contact the appropriate tax agencies.
Due to the volume of business at VombaNetwork, it is not possible to calculate the taxes for every Canadian webmaster/corporation when checks are sent every pay out period.
We need an invoice from every Canadian webmasters who want to receive taxes. Otherwise, we won’t be able to claim those taxes to the proper tax agencies. In order to pay you these taxes, we need to have the following documents and information for each Canadian webmaster/corporation:
One (1) invoice for each payment we send you,
Your registration number for the applicable taxes.
Note: If VombaNetwork pays you the applicable taxes, it will declare those taxes and get a refund from the federal and provincial tax agencies. Meaning these agencies will be expecting you to pay them back the taxes that you received from VombaNetwork.
In conclusion, if you are a Canadian webmaster or a Canadian corporation and VombaNetwork has to pay you the applicable taxes, you should follow the following instructions.
Each time you receive a payment from VombaNetwork; you MUST produce an invoice indicating the appropriate tax and send it to VombaNetwork. In order to help you, here are models of invoices that you should follow to make sure that all the information required is in your invoice.

The Canadian webmasters/corporations to whom VombaNetwork as to pay taxes from previous payment (and for payments to come) should contact Julien B. Saucier (julien.b.saucier@vomba.com) with their tax registration numbers and the appropriate invoices in order to receive payments for the taxes.
