- How much do you pay per install?
Depends the geographic zone where the installs are done, click here for a list with complete details.
- When are the payments sent?
Payments are processed every 2 weeks on the 1st and 16th of each month. The unpaid balance of your account is carried over to the next pay period until you reach the minimal of 50$, set by default. Please allow 1-3 business days before we actually send your payment after the end of a payment period.
- How can I receive my payment?
We offer the following payment method: Check, Wire Transfer (15$ fee + min pay) and PayPal.
- Which country do you send payments to?
We send payments worldwide except in the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Indonesia, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Pakistan, Romania and Viet Nam.
- What type of reporting is available?
Our real time reporting is very detailed. You have access to see hits, installs, ratios and earnings per campaign, products and zone.
- Can there be any deductions to my earnings?
As long as you respect our Terms and Conditions, there is never any deduction to your earnings. Once you have been credited for an install, it's yours whether the surfer uninstalls the product at a later time or not.
- Can I have more than one account?
We prefer that each webmaster uses only one account, unless you have specific needs that require more than one account. We also support campaigns, so you can track different promotions you make under the same account.
- I have a great idea about a new way to promote your program. Can I do it?
We are always open to new ideas to help our affiliates make more money. However, before you do anything different, please take the time to contact us so we can approve your idea, making sure that it's allowed by our terms and conditions.
